Gerard Aluja

Building Engineer by Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), specialized in building renovation.

Ten years of experience in the hospitality sector as a Project manager working with different hotel companies, also dealing with the FF&E procurement and installation process in many projects, working with renowned interior designers.

His professional career started in the construction department of H10 hotels company (4 years), where he start working as a Construction Manager in some renovation projects. Working as well as a Project Manager Jr in the new construction projects, he also took charge of the FF&E procurement and installation process of those projects.

Then he moved to another hotel company, Grupo Hotusa – Eurostars (3 years), working as a Project Manager he leads different kind of construction projects from inception to commissioning, managing the whole process. Including restaurants, wellness-spa centers and offices buildings, apart from the hotel projects.

In 2019 he joined Elix real state as a Project Manager specialised in hotel projects, to manage the construction of 3 new hotel in the south Catalan coastline. Working with foreign investors, he managed the projects from inception as owner’s representative.

In 2023 he joined OM3 team as a Project Manager.
