Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas, Scottsdale is a vacation ownership resort located in the heart of the Sonoran Desert, just minutes from downtown Scottsdale and the Phoenix metropolitan area.
The resort features 150 spacious two-bedroom villas, including 10 ADA accessible villas, offering comfortable living spaces designed for extended stays. The villas feature separate living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and furnished balconies overlooking the surrounding desert landscape. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, including a waterfall pool and a dedicated splash pool.
OM3 Procurement is responsible for the FF&E procurement for the project, coordinating the sourcing, purchasing and delivery of furniture, lighting, fabrics, artwork and decorative elements for the guest villas.
