Ha gestionado complejos proyectos de reestructuraci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica y societaria, trabajando con clientes internacionales y resolviendo casos complejos en distintas jurisdicciones.<\/p>\n<p>Su inter\u00e9s por la relaci\u00f3n entre el derecho y las operaciones empresariales la llev\u00f3 a trasladarse a Espa\u00f1a en 2021. Con una actitud proactiva, ampli\u00f3 sus competencias mediante investigaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n independientes para comprender la gesti\u00f3n de compras, las relaciones con proveedores y la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos en el desarrollo hotelero, como coordinadora de compras de FF&#038;E y OS&#038;E.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de OM3, aporta su experiencia en la gesti\u00f3n preventiva de proyectos y contribuye a mejorar la eficacia de las compras y de las operaciones de la cadena de suministro. Coordina el proceso de compras de principio a fin, garantizando la entrega de los elementos de FF&#038;E en plazo y con costes eficientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Graduada
