Marriott’s Barony Beach Club is a beachfront resort located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Atlantic coast. The property combines a relaxed coastal atmosphere with comfortable accommodations and a wide range of resort amenities.
The resort features 255 spacious two-bedroom villas, each offering a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished balcony. Ten of the villas are ADA accessible. The resort offers a wide range of amenities, including pools, direct beach access, a fitness center, spa and recreational activities.
OM3 Procurement is responsible for the FF&E procurement for the project, coordinating the sourcing, purchasing and delivery of furniture, lighting, fabrics, artwork and decorative elements across the resort. The scope includes guest villas and common areas, with a focus on custom-made pieces, quality finishes and coordination with specialized hospitality suppliers.
